You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn & unused.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If there’s any issue, refuse the order immediately.
After the courier leaves, any issue must be reported within 24 hours with clear photo or video proof.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable unless defective.
